From the Old Testament to the New Testament Scripture clearly speaks about anointing oils.
In Exodus 30:22-38, the Lord spoke to Moses about the Holy Anointing oil and the Incense.
Leviticus 8:30, Moses took some anointing oil and some of the blood which was on the altar; and sprinkled it on Aaron, on his garments, on his sons, and on the garments of of his sons with him; and he consecrated Aaron, his garments, his sons, and the garments of his sons with him.
I Samuel 16:13, Samuel anointed David with oil.
Matthew 6:17, Jesus said when we fast, to anoint ourselves with oil.
Matthew 26:6-13, The woman with the alabaster flask filled with fragrant oil, pours it on Jesus's head.
Mark 6:13, They anointed many who were sick with oil and they were healed.
John 12:1-8, Mary anointed Jesus' feet.
James 5:14, Those who were sick were prayed over and anointed with oil in the name of the Lord.
